In Business Partners screen there's a new functionality under the new tab Patient List

Where you can add patients, by importing them or using any of their data to add them into a Patient List for a Insurance business partner.

After adding patients, the list is displayed and you will be able to set the status as Active or Banned

When selecting an Insurance for a Patient if the user is under the Banned list, then that insurance won't be elegible for patient.
