Once you have made an audio recording as a physician, you will be able to transcribe it. Allowing you to link all the information recorded in this voice note with the corresponding encounter forms.

And after it's transcripted the physician can validate it.

Perform a Transcription:

Now you can filter also by Encounter status.

Notes:

  • If you want to continue editing the form, don't check the completed option. If you check this option, the form cannot will be edited.

  • The same form cannot be chosen twice for the same encounter, make sure to record an audio per form.


    Important :

  • Forms can still be accessed only if they still appear as pending, that is, when they have not yet been authenticated or completed in Audio Recordings window. To view any form, you must consider the following validations :

    • Searched form has not yet been authenticated, reviewed or rejected (Audio recordings).

    • Form must be active.

    • Physician who searches for the transcription form must be the same user who created it.


View or edit an incomplete form:

Just go to Form Section Search option and select your patient.
As you can see, a new column was added with the name of the recording to which that form is related.
