The new field is called Alias; you can add an identification code for each answer option.
This field is considered by Estela for its use in the necessary reports for clients.

How to use it.
Go to option Form Search, select or create a questionnaire form
Select or create (drag&drop) a combo or list type question
The system will prompt a window for the detail of the question
Add all the answer options for that question, by typing the text and then press Enter
The system will display 3 fields
