In Service Request and Service Orders we improved the report format from the different Cirrus options in wich you use it, you can see the new report.
I show you how it looks.

Other options where you can see it is:
Service orders squedule - When scheduling an order you can see the report.
Medical indications / Orders you can also print the report as well as the service orders that come from the external consultation to be applied you can print the report.
