The first part of the changes we made is in the NPHIES Report option, where now you can filter the NPHIES report data using the "Request type" filter (Filter by claim, eligibility, payment, pre-authorization)

Also in this same option we added the "Request" and "Response" columns to the search results so you can see the adjacent requestthet you send and the adjacent response from NPHIES

Note: Keep in mind that the request and response columns are not displayed when you print this report

The other part of the chages allows you to avoid sending the same service order to pre-authorization once it has been authorized or to send the request to the NPHIES poll request (aqui le puse mientras el link de intercom pero cuando publique se lo cambio al articulo de helpCirrus).

To see this fist you need to go to the "Service orders" option and search for an existing service order

The click on it to enter the "Application of services", and press the menu button to choose the "Send Pre-Auth" option

When the preauthorization process is over and the system displays the response message

If you open the the menu again the "Send Pre-Auth" option is now disabled

And in case you don't get an instnt response form NPHIES after sending the pre-quthorization request you can send the request to the NPHIES Poll Request by clicking the "Send Poll" option
