Now when you send a preauthorization request to NPHIES, if you do not get an instant response we created a poll request to all queded NPHIES request pending authorization.

To see this all you need to do is go to any of the processes that can send a pre-authorization to NPHIES (for example "Application of services") and click on the menu button to send the pre-authorization

Then if after a few seconds you do not get the response for the NPHIES request the system displays the following message

This means that you did not get a response for the pre-authorization for that particular service (approved / rejected) wich means that the request has been added to the NPHIES poll request and it is pending to recieve an approved or rejected status.
