Some insurance policies cover charges that need to be pre-authorized (PA) before being applied. While some of these claims tend to accumulate in the proccess, we implemented a selection box where you can send multiple charges to NPHIES for their approval.

In order to do this, first you must find your patient on "Pending Orders Authorization" and then click on results below.

Select all your missing claim information on NPHIES panel and choose your claims from the results below. Now send them to NPHIES for their authorization.
