We've just developed a new tool that allows you to manage NPHIES Payments for covering insurance companies policies and sending Poll requests and Payment notices.
This interface will also help you find every NPHIES payment during a period of time and see their current status.
NPHIES stands for National Platform for the Health Insurance Exchange System and it is a Government platform that aims to efficiently communicate insurance providers with healthcare facilities and easily checks patients' eligibility.
How it works:
Type Nphies Payments on your search bar and click on the result.
You'll find a Search Panel where you'll need to enter the dates of your Nphies payments. Now click on the search button on the top right or push enter.
You'll find a list of results that match the dates. Select one and you'll go to the next screen where you'll find the header and details of every payment.
To send a Nphies poll please follow the next steps:
Select poll type
Select polling filter
Save
Send Nphies Poll
The next screen you'll see will appear as follows:
To send a Payment Amount just copy the information from below on the text fields, as you can see below:
Click on Send Payment Notice. You'll be able to see the status of your processes on the flag to the top right corner of your screen. That's the screen of background processes. Once they're completed the red dot will turn off again.
