On Import File Loader screen, we have implemented new fields for Import Medicines Warehouse type of import, which will allow you to import new medication data on Product Maintenance (Storage Replenish) window for Storage Replenish processes.
To import these values first select Import Medicines Warehouse on Import Format:
This will allow you to import from a csv file three different product values that are important for Automatic Requisitions and for storage management processes.
The fields that can be also imported now are:
UOM Volume value.* Which are descriptive product parameters such as weight.
Safety Stock (for EOQ method). Level of extra stock that is maintained to mitigate risk of stockouts caused by uncertainties in supply and demand.
Lead time offset. Estimated occurred time between placing an order and sending it according to your own company's requirements.
*Mandatory field.
Please remember that all of the following fields are mandatory on Storage Replenish menu and therefore also mandatory for the Import Medicines Warehouse type of import (or else those columns will not be imported properly by our file loader) :
Warehouse/ Service Point
Replenish Type
Min. Level of inventory
Max. Level of inventory
Unit of measure (UOM)

Note: Before importing your inventory values please check that your csv file values belong to the columns correct order and that all of the mandatory fields were all filled.
