To assign charges, you will need to perform the following steps, according to your user's role:

  1. Create medication & service orders (Physicians only)

Go to Physician Dashboard, enter a patient's name and click on the result:

Apply medications by entering Medication name (Generic name), Quantity, Dosage (if applies) and Frequency:

Now click on Services and apply service name, priority and service station:

    Save.

2. Apply medications (Pharmacists only)

Go to Outpatient Pharmacy Dashboard (for Ambulatory patients) or to Pharmacy Dashboard (for Inpatients).

Enter the patient's name and search:

Select your patient. For every medication you will need to click on Reserve stock (context menu).

After reserving every medication, click on Preparing meds.

Once they're prepared, click on Pending Order Authorization, this will send the authorization orders to POA screen. The personnel in charge of this process will be able now to send the charges to the insurance company.

3.Apply service orders

Go to Service Orders screen and find your pending orders:

Now click on Create Charge and then click on Process, to the top right of your screen:

After this process has been completed, the Cash and Billing staff will be able to perform the billing process in Multibilling.

We hope this improves your Cirrus experience. Remember to share this information and ask for help if you need it.
