1. Request a service

Open the window "Requisition" and follow the next steps:

i. Click New Record to create a new requisition order:

ii. Set Date, Priority, Warehouse and Save:

iii. Now click the Add button to add the service.

In this window mark Charge for services. Then select your type of charge.

Here you can also choose the expected delivery date, comments and quantity. Click Save after filling them:

Note: If you don't mark the Charge box then you will be adding existing products and if you mark New Product a product that's not in inventory yet.

iv. Click context menu and Document action to change the Requisition status when it gets approved:

Select Completed and Confirm:

Now choose Ok to validate:

2. Remove lines

To remove lines from a requisition, it must have the status "Draft"; open the context menu, select the option "Multiple selection" and in the details section check the lines of products you want to remove. After finishing selecting the lines click on the "Delete" icon.

3. Delete a complete record

To delete a record, the requisition must have the status "Complete".

Open the record you want to delete, click on the icon "Delete record" (trash can) and the system will alert you with the following message: "Are you sure you want to delete the record?. This action will remove the header information and all the lines in the details.", click on "Yes" to delete the complete record.

You can also delete the entire record from the main screen; open the record inline menu and select the option "Delete".
