In Abstracting (Coding) window we have just adapted our Onset Condition List of options according to our client's needs for coding and data management requirements. This new enhancement will allow HIM officers from your hospital to view the codes before these options and improve their data processes.
The new arrangement is as follows:
1 Onset
Option to confirm an Onset Condition
2 Not Noted
Option to inform that there was not a noted Onset Condition
9 Not Reported
Option to inform that no Onset Condition was either confirmed or denied
To view this new list features, go to Abstracting (Coding) window and follow the next steps:
Enter Diagnosis tab
Go to Record sub tab
Select any record
Click on Onset Condition:
