Now from the outpatient pharmacy dashboard we will be able to partially dispense the medications prescribed by their doctor, where a new record will be generated with the pending quantity of the active substance of the medication, where the pharmacist will be able to refill the same brand medication or another of the same active substance, in case of re-generating a partial delivery, it will re-generate another batch with the missing to supply.

In Outpatient Pharmacy, select the prescription that want to be filled, then choose the brand drug that we are going to deliver and set the amount to deliver, by default it is filled with the necessary amount to cover the entire prescription, but you can edit it to choose the quantity requested or available to be delivered.

For this example, we are going to deliver a box with 20 tablets instead of the 3 boxes that are needed to fill the request in total.

Therefore, a new request will be generated with the number of tablets pending delivery of the request.

Which we can choose again to subsequently deliver the complementary medication of the request, to identify requests for partial deliveries, the column is BackOrder was added, if the value it shows is No, it refers to what is the primary request and for when It says Yes, it refers to the fact that it is a complementary item.

Requests are valid for up to 60 days after the prescription is issued.

We hope that with these changes we can improve your experience at Cirrus. Please remember to share this information and request help if necessary.
