You can now generate the Balance Encounter Report in Multibilling window where instead of reviewing the balance for every extension you can now generate one single billing statement that includes information for the whole encounter. This report, unlike Patient Summary invoice, will only display amounts and charges and not invoice information about the seller and buyer, that's why it can be obtained before and it can be printed for informative purposes.
Here is how you can download it:
Go to Multibilling window and select a completed Encounter (not closed).
Click context menu and then click Balance Encounter option:
This will generate a new billing statement report that will display charges and collections for every extension (one page per extension).
Example:
Extension will appear under the header, then charges added to that extension and finally the list of additions and deductions with the Balance at the end of the page:
