1. Schedule

To schedule a new procedure (oncology, hemodyalisis) go to Procedure Schedule and perform the following actions:

  • Filter Service station to see scheduled events:

In our example there is only one for Oncology and one for Hemodyalisis so you can filter between existing events for these two stations.

  • Now select an available date and time for your procedure, you can drag this hour to reserve all of those hours for your procedure.

If you have not filtered the type of service station, select yours (Oncology / Hemodyalisis ) :

  • Fill General Data information with Date, Doctor, Hours, Chair, Patient, Status and Type of Service (First Time, Follow-up) :

  • On Service tab you can assign Services for this procedure:

Save when you have finished.

2.Start Procedure - CPOE

  • To start your procedure first you must select it from the calendar and confirm patient arrival (option B) :

  • Set date and time of arrival and Save:

  • After confirming arrival of patient, you can start the CPOE process (YES) or leave it for later (NO) :

  • If you have clicked yes, you will be taken into Physician Dashboard, where you can set orders of medications and services, Discharge Medications, fill Electronic Patient Record, or select an existing Patient Form:

Here is an example of an existing Hemodyalisis form:

If you have not started the process yet, you will be able to start it (Start Process) after your patient arrives:

This option will also take you to the CPOE process.

3.Complete

To complete it , just click the Finish option:

Select Ending Date and hour and Save:

This procedure will now appear minimized at its hour of completion, click on it if you require to print Next Events document or Edit it:
