Now you can validate the editting of patients' information by our new validation feature where users must enter Reason for this changes. This will enhance your EHR processes and will allow your team to keep record of changes on patients' data.
Here is how you can configurate this new feature
On Configuration of Medical Record window (request via ticket / chat ) , check the Patient Info Save Edit Reason box and confirm.
Now go to Patient Registration or Quick Patient Registration, select a patient from search, edit or enter values and confirm reason:
You can check this information in Patient Data Log by looking for the updated patient:
Here, in Edit Reason column, you will be able to see the reason text.
