Now, when performing a patient encounter search, you can see that the results will be displayed with the following information:
Line 1 : Encounter number + Patient Name + MRN
Line 2 : Date of Birth + ID number + Admission date*

This improvement will impact the Services Requests, Multibilling screens and any other screen where you can perform search by patient account.
In addition, the duplicate MRN value on the second line has been removed and replaced with the new field, admit date, allowing you to perform more detailed and precise searches based on our improved information process.
Note: If the patient has already been discharged and you have the search for closed patient accounts activated, this patient will appear in the search results in italics, to distinguish it from the rest of the results.
