Pending Order Authorization window will now include menu access options for patient registration, prescribing drugs, request services, add diagnostics and to complete their processes through multibilling window. This to allow users to easily complete pending order processes more easily.

Here below you will be able to see the whole process of this enhanced user flow.

  1. Patient Registration

    1. In Pending Order Authorization search menu, click context menu. Here you will be able to choose Patient Registration option, allowing you to go to Patient Registration window, where you will be able to admit a new patient.

After registering a new patient, create their encounter:

    Edit encounter data and Save.

Once you have created pending charges to be confirmed by NPHIES, select a patient encounter from the results:

In context menu you will be able to see all of the new features to complete the encounter:

    • Prescription

    • Services Request

    • Multibilling

    • Diagnostics

  2. Prescription

You can set a prescription of drugs by clicking on Prescription button.

This will take you to Prescription Detail window. Click the add ( + ) icon to set a new prescription of drugs. Now fill all of the drug information and save.

After saving them, they will be added to your pending request.

  3. Service Request

You can also add services requests by clicking the Service Request option in context menu:

Enter Service name, now fill missing data and save.

The service requests will also be imported onto your request.

  4. Multibilling

If you have already received a validation response from NPHIES, you can go to Multibilling window straight from the context menu:

Here you can collect your charges by adding them to their correspondant extensions and following the usual multibilling process.

  5. Diagnostics

You can now also add diagnoses (main, secondary or terciary diagnoses) to your encounter, allowing you to give more details about your patient if required. To do so, click context menu and Diagnostics:

Now click the add icon to add a new diagnosis to patient's history. Enter diagnosis information and save to confirm.

We hope this improves your Cirrus experience. Remember to share this information and ask for help if you need it.
