Now in Form Editor, while attaching a date type component into a questionnaire, you will be able to set both time and date if required, allowing users to apply formulaires and save this information on patient record, improving your EHR processes.
This is how our latest form improvement works:
After selecting a form in Form Editor, drag a new Date type question and fill all of the missing data (Name, Type, Description, etc). On this same window, mark Date and Time field if you want this question to also include time, then Save.
After saving it, new question will look as follows in Form Editor:
Go to Form Section Search, select your questionnaire and apply it.
Set date and time onto this new added question:
Save.
Now hour will also be applied onto the form:
After completing this form, mark Complete box before printing.
Date and time will be exported to your printable version of your modified assessment:
