1. What you need to know

1. The information will be retrieved from the window "Operating Rooms Schedule" including all operating rooms and with any status.

2. Search the information using the following parameters:

- Date range or Year/Month.

- All schedules with or without patient encounter.

- Status of Surgery: All, Noted, Rescheduled, In Preparation, Intra-operatively, Surgery Performed, Cancel.

- Operating Room: All, operating room configured and active.

3. The system will display the following information:

Date of Creation

Date programmed

Initial Date

Final Date

Operating Room

Patient

Patient Encounter

Age of admission

Date of Birth

Post Operative Diagnosis

Interventions

Comments

Surgeon

First Assistant

Second Assistant

Anesthetist

Circulating Nurse

Scrub Nurse

Status

Reason for Cancellation

2. The benefits

To have a summary of the surgeries for future planning and certification.

3. Start report

1. Open the window "Monthly Surgeries".

2. Select the parameters required.

3. Click on the magnifier button.

Example with Date Range option checked.

Or you can choose Year and Month.

4. Verify the search results.

5. The end.

After finishing the aforementioned steps.

You'll see the information of the summary.
