Encounters must be closed.
2. The benefits
Flexibility to reactivate closed encounters for their management and creation of charges.
3. Start reactivation
1. Open the window Reactivate Encounter, enter the name of the patient.
2. Search.
Select Encounter from the list of results. If a patient has many closed encounters, they will all be displayed.
3. Click context menu and select Reactivate encounter.
You will now see a confirmation message:
After finishing the steps listed above
You won't see the encounter listed in this window and it will be able ready to receive charges.
