We have now included a new column called Created By in both Charges Report and Discount Charges Report that will let Billing and Cash users know more information about what users performed charges and discounts for encounters and enhance their audit processes.

In Charges Report window you will now see the Created By column (last column in results and you will be able to order results by the user who created each charge that meet your search parameters :

This data will also be included in the downloadable report, in PDF, XLS, CSV or PNG

In Discount Charges window you will also see the Created By column, displaying the user name for each one of the discounts performed :

This column will also appear to the right of the downloadable report :

These two enhancementes will facilitate your audit processes for both discounts and charges applied.
