05/24/2021 Now when creating a new doctor, the system assigns a patient role automatically to see the clinical record from the NIMBO portal

Now when you create a new doctor, the system allows you to assing a pacient role for the doctor.

To see this all you need to do is go to the "user" option and click the "new" button

After that capture all the required data and click the save button and enter the "User roles" tab and click the "new" button

Assing a physician role, selecting radio button, click on OK and the save button

Then enter the "Physician maintenance" option and click the "new" button.

In the "General data" tab capture all the requiered data and click the save button

After you save enter the "Physician organization information" tab and assing the contact of the doctor you created previously and click the save button

When you save, the system will automatically created the new "patient" role for the doctor, as you can see back in the user roles section. This process only runs in this maintenance.

Note:

Is mandatory to configure the following data in NIMBO (manual doctor configuration).

If you want to know that the doctor configuration is complete all you need to do is enter the NIMBO portal select a patient and click the "Patient in Cirrus" button (If the doctor does not have all the configurations and places the cursor on the "Patient in Cirrus" button the system does not enable the hand to click).

The process was executed to generate the role for the doctors already configured in Cirrus.

This setting is used for the See your patient's Electronic Health Record(EHR) from Nimbo function.
