When you register a patient by adding their email in the system, the patient will receive a message with the access account and the password to the portal to consult their clinical record.
The e-mail will contain the following message.
Clicking on Cirrus electronic health records will open a new user login tab.
When user entering the system you will be able to consult your electronic medical record
Important: When entering, it will ask to change the password (the suggestion is to enter the one that you easily remember and is secure).
If you require this function, request through the ticket the activation of the "Create patient-user" function in the Configuration of Medical Record screen.
