In the multibilling screen the encounters ordered by creation date are listed, if you choose an encounter that does not have a main diagnosis, an alert will be displayed where it mentions that this encounter does not have a assigned diagnosis or has the default diagnosis, so it may be that the charges are incorrectly evaluated.
This message is informative, so it will allow us to continue with the process of closing the patient account.
