Now inside the Patient Registration screen, we can register the patient's policy, doing the search by the policy number, we enter the Insurance Information section, we choose the option to add and the data capture form of the insurance policy, we locate the “Policy Number” field and enter the policy number, if the policy is already registered in Apollo, it will return the information about it and then we will choose the level of the policy.

In the event that it is not registered, it must be requested to register in Apollo previously and then we will assign it to the patient

In the Quick Patient Registration form we will capture the essential data of the patient, we can optionally add the policy data in case of having them, the mechanism will be the same, we look for the “Policy Number” field and we will enter the policy number to obtain the policy data and then we will choose the level of the policy and with this we complete the information corresponding to the policy
