Now, you can issue a bill charging for zero when their CCCmD payment requires it, showing, allowing to present this receipt at their appointment and allowing them to start the consultation without delay.
Before this implementation, we detected that some patients had to validate that they have already covered their payment before starting the appointment processes, even when their deductible charges were 0.
CCCmD payments are only for the remaining deductible expenses that are not going to be covered by the insurance company and apply only for consultations.
