"Option only visible to the internal Ecaresoft staff"

The main function of this option is to configure the relation between product classes, service units and product categories.

How to use it?

To go to the option go to the Prices Products Setting and choose Related Product class - Service Unit option

To create a new relation:

  1. Select (+) icon

  2. In the register created, choose Product class, Service unit and if it is necesary Product Category and Save.

What you should know?

  1. Product class and service unit are required, but product category is not.

  2. You can create the same Product class with different Service Unit

  3. The configuration made in the Related product class will be applied when a service was ordered: The service units that appear as an option to request the service are those that belong to the Product Class and the Product Category of the requested service.

You can see this functionality from all the options in which a service can be requested (Service Request, Orders from the Physician dashboard, Rx of the Medical Schedule, and Service Order schedule) and also in direct billing when a service is selected.

Configurations:

The Service Units and Product Categories that can be chosen are those configured in their respective options (Service Unit and Product Category ).
