Common actions

  1. Schedule

    To add a new service to the calendar, go to Service Orders Schedule and select any future date and hour:

    Enter Service Order information such as A) Patient Encounter, B) Requesting Physician, C) Service name and D) Date.

    Now apply E) Service Information in the columns below and Save:

    This will create a new request that must be confirmed, click on the validation icon to confirm:

    Confirm hour:

    Now it will appear as confirmed in your Service Orders Schedule calendar.

  2. Complete Service Order

    To complete the service order, click on it and select the Edit/Complete option:

    Click on Process icon to complete this process when it's time to complete it:

    Once it has been completed the Completed date and Completed By fields will be filled automatically:

    Completed services will appear listed above of the current date:

  3. Cancel Service Order

    To cancel an existing service order, select it from the calendar and click on Cancel Order

Fill the Cancelation form and confirm:
