Insurance information form is a form in Patient Registration window that allows you to link a new patient with an insurance policy automatically by adding the NPHIES coverage fields and importing these values onto our collection processes.

Now it will display the current information in a more intuitive and friendly way where NPHIES Elegibility button is now on top of this form and the policy information will appear on detail (it will fill up automatically if it's a preloaded policy).

This can be viewed on Insurance information tab (available on Patient Registration window), then create add a new policy (+):

The header section will now be called NPHIES Eligibility and will include two added buttons: 1) the Check NPHIES Coverage Eligibility (previously on Insurance section) and a 2) new Create Policy button:

Note: Remember that after entering Company Name you can click on Check Nphies Coverage Eligibility button and it will automatically pre-load the insurance information values or manually fill the Insurance section data (see more) . After filling Policy Type, the Insurance policy discounts section will automatically show:

Policy Holder section will remain at the end of this form and its sections will remain unchanged.
