Accounting Account Catalog is a General Ledger that enlists all of the transactional accounts within your hospital according to their groups and categories.
Here is some information about this catalog in General Ledger Accounts Catalog window:
There will be four different levels of categories where every transactional account will be at level 4.
Example:
Group 1 - 1000000 Assets
Group 2 - 11000000 Current Assets
Group 3 - 111000000 Cash FundsAccounts - 11100505 Cash in Hand
In our example, Cash in Hand is an account and levels 1, 2 , 3 are groups to which it belongs.
This four-level hierarchy will allow you to easily navigate between accounts and their corresponding categories.
You can start navigating by clicking on the search icon (right), then select any page from the results to keep navigating:
Note: Columns for Group Account 1, 2 and 3 are categories (see Is it a Grouper? column) and Transactional Account column will display accounts and their names.
You can also apply order filters (left) to order information according to our field columns:
We hope this improves your Cirrus experience. Remember to share this information and ask for help if you need it.
