Now, on Import File Loader window, you can import new fields related with the import of Business Partners ( Import Company type of format ) . These new fields will allow you to add more lines of data with details that might be very relevant such as a second company name line, a description line and Tax ID.
This will allow you to keep adding several business partners from a .csv file without leaving out important data such as tax information.
Here below we will show you how this import format works with our new added fields:
After entering Import File Loader window, select Import Company from the list of import formats. Now click on Select file to upload to import your csv file from your local files:
The added fields must be imported according to the given order, otherwise these columns will not display correctly. Validate that the information was filled in correctly for each field (you can select the arrows to move the information from each line to their respective fields) . Confirm to validate.
If you import these new values correctly, you will be automatically taken to the Import Company window.
2. Now, in Import Company window, validate that this information was correctly filled and fill all of the missing fields (if needed). Now click Save to complete this process.
