You can now generate surgery requests in our new window that will allow you to generate requests for your own or other related organizations and print this information for their approval.
See below how this new functionality works:
Create Request
Go to Surgery Request, create a new record and fill all of the mandatory fields:
Header will include Patient Data fields, Surgery data and Pre-anesthetic assessment information (if applies).
Please fill all of the missing data and make sure you are not leaving blank any mandatory or relevant fields.
Important :
In Destination organization select your own organization unless this surgery must be performed at another hospital. For the second case you will also need to select the physician from that organization.
After saving the request data, you can return to the main page of Surgery Request window, here you will be able to see all of the surgery requests created.
To download the data from this request, click on printer option:
This will generate a document as seen below, you can print it or download it:
Cancel
To cancel a surgery request, you must enter to the request, click context menu and select Cancel option:
Now enter Cancellation Motive and Confirm:
You can also perform this request in Medical Schedule window, once you have started any appointment with a patient:
If you have confirmed the patient arrival, click on Start Process:
2. Now, select Plan & Evaluation (Rx) tab and on Surgery Request field click on add to create a new request:
3. Fill all of the request data and Save:
Complete Request
To confirm any surgery request, you can select them on Continuity of Care window. Click on any of the results to schedule an operating room for this request:
You will be taken to Operating Rooms Schedule window, here you can confirm the hour by clicking on it and then adding their corresponding Operating Room:
To complete this process, enter all of the missing data such as duration and status, then Save.
