1. You must select a patient encounter (mandatory).
2. The filter "Department" will be enabled after selecting the patient encounter. Select the required department.
3. In the section "Totals" you'll see the quantity, price and cost.
4. In the Search Results section the system will display the following information:
Registry number
Department
Charge Date
Product code
Product
Unit of Measure
Quantity
Price
Cost
User
Is return?
Type of Line
User Name
5. You can Export/Print the information to different formats: PDF, XLS (Excel), CSV and PNG.

3. Start report of Charges to the Patient Encounter
In the window "Report of Charges to the Patient Encounter" select the patient encounter you wish to search, the department(s) and click on the Search button.

Navigate through all the information using the paging links.
After finishing the aforementioned steps.
You'll have created the Report of Charges to the Patient Encounter.
