1. What you need to know

1. For generating the report, you can filter by:

- Dates Range (Maximum range is 93 days)

- Group of clientes (Insurance Company, Patient, Supplier)

- Client

2. In the section "Search results" you can visualize:

Date, Period, Patient Encounter, Department, Warehouse, Policy Num., Number of document, Patient Encounter, Description, Type of Movement, Product category, Code, Product Name, Client/Provider, Owe, Have, and Balance.

3. You can export/print to Excel.

View the detailed information of the sales by period of time.

3. Start report

1. Open the window "Sales Summary Report", select the filters you wish to apply to your search criteria and click on the Search button (magnifying glass).

- You can leave the filter empty if you wish to select all.

2. The system will display the following information:

TOTALS: Subtotal, TAX, Total, Payment, and Encounter Balance.

SEARCH RESULTS: Invoice date, Patient Encounter, Document No., Client key, Client, Company, Firm Name, Patient, Comments, Cost center, Cash Register, Cashiering, Status, Document, Currency, Subtotal, Tax, Total, Payment documentPayment date, Payment Description, Payment, and Encounter Balance.

3. The end.

After finishing the aforementioned steps.

You'll have generated the sales summary report.
