1. You can create the patient encounter from this window.
2.- You can search for an existing patient.
3.- You can capture general information of the patient such as contacts, insurance companies, allergies, notes and medical history.
4.-You can add a generic TAX ID.
2. The benefits
To be able to add a record of the patient to the Cirrus Medical file with general and complementary information that will be used for any medical or administrative procedure.
3.- Start Patient Registration
Register a patient following the next steps:
1.- Open the window Patient Registration.
2.- Click on New record.
3.- Fill out the form with the required information.
4.- Click on Save changes.
After finishing the steps listed above
You will have created the patient medical history record in the Cirrus system.
Congratulations!
1. If there are existing patients whose data match with the captured data in the new registration form, the following window will pop up so you can select a patient that is already registered in the Cirrus system.
2. To create the patient encounter, click on the menu and select the option Create Encounter.
