1. Alert when applying a discount
When the system displays the alert message "Cannot apply the discount, the extension has a coinsurance and/or a deductible" you must delete the deductible and coinsurance. First capture the discount followed by the deductible and coinsurance.
2. Alert when moving charges
When the system displays the alert message "Make sure the origin extension doesn't have an invoice or has one of the following concepts: discount, coinsurance, deductible, medical coinsurance or copay" you must delete the captured concepts to be able to move the charges out.
3. Percentage amount
When the system displays the alert message "The amount of the percentage must be between 0 and 99.99" you must capture the percentage amount between the suggested range.
4. Active service request
When the system displays the alert message "Already exists a service request for study selected", that means there's a medical order from a lab/image service request and you are applying the same charge (manually). To avoid receiving this alert message, you must cancel the medical service order (by the user who requested/performed the service) or to complete the medical order.
5. Recalculate extensions
When you update a price agreement or list, or delete/add packages, you must recalculate the amounts. Open the contextual menu and select the option Recalculate Extensions.
