Nphies will now have the authority to update Apollo status based on its own approval. This to improve the management of charges and their approval by insurance companies so whenever a request gets rejected by Nphies, the Apollo status will also change.

This change will apply no matter their coverage (covered, not covered, needs authorization) and it will improve the communication processes between Nphies and the users of Pending Order Authorization window:

Whenever charges get approved by Nphies, they will also appear as approved on Apollo:

And if Nphies reject the charges, their status will be the same for Apollo:
