We have now implemented a new filter for search criteria on Service Orders window that will allow users to see Completed, Requested and Canceled (new) orders, where those that were canceled will now also appear on results.
To check this new filter, follow the steps below.
To look for any services, go to Service Orders window and select filter parameters. Here you will see Service Status filter next to the Completed checkbox. The status options will be: Requested, Completed, Canceled.
Here you can apply a parameter combination for requests and completed orders:
Requested services, do not require you to check the Completed checkbox for orders.
Completed services, must check the Completed checkbox for orders in order to show results.
Canceled services, you can cancel services before completing the request or once you complete the order services so you can filter them with or without the Completed checkbox.
