  1. Delete encounter

    To delete an encounter it is a must that this encounter does not have any billed charges yet.

    Once you have deleted an encounter you cannot recover them back

    Select the encounter in Current Encounters and delete the record :

    Confirm :

  2. Print documents

    To print documents from an Encounter:

    • Select the printer icon in Current Encounters

    • Select the encounter document you would like to print, which could be Labels, Facesheet, Coding Summary, Medication Orders, Medication Administration Record, Contract and Bracelets :

    • Click printer to confirm

    • Select Format

    • Print

    • You will see an example of how your document will look, click download or print to complete:

  3. Add packages

    • To add packages, click context menu and select Package:

    • Select package from the list of packages

    • Click add to confirm

    • Save

    Process will run in the background (top flag) until Cirrus has done assigning package to your encounter, during this process you will not be able to navigate through Encounter, assign more packages, go to multibilling or collect payments until it has been completed.
