Sometimes there is more than one account entries for one single patient, causing issues when trying to perform the collection of payments or when assigning charges to their insurance company since they may go separated by mistake. To fix this issue we have the Patient Merge solution where you can view and compare these two repeated encounter and to merge one onto the another, giving you the MRN (before their name) as a reference:
Now, while performing this patient merge process and when looking for these merged encounters in Historic you will be able to view the MRN next to the patient name as well as a new column called Created by (Description) with the user description for those users who performed this merge for more details :

And if you are looking for the encounter that stood as the main encounter in Patient Registration window, you will now be able to see the MRN of the encounter that was merged into the current one :
