We have now improved the Patient Registration window to display how and when was the encounter created. This will let users know when these encounters come from Nimbo and will give more details about their creation and discharge.

See more about these improvements here :

  1. Patient Registration window

    • Nimbo improvement for organizations with Nimbo for consultations : Here you can see if a patient is synced with Nimbo (icon next to MRN data). If the Nimbo logo appears to the right, then this patient is related to data also from Nimbo, if it does not then it was created on Cirrus only.

    • You can also see their date of creation and the username of the person who created this patient.

Also, if this encounter does not have any merged encounters, this field will be gone.

  2. History Tab

This tab allows you to keep track of the encounter history for this patient. On this tab, we have now rearranged the columns and performed the next changes:

    • Deleted MRN column (it was the same for all the encounters)

    • Added Discharge Date column

    • Added Created column, with data about the user who created the encounter and the date.

3. Electronic Patient Record

  • We have also added a new subtab called General Information (within Active tab) in Electronic Patient Record. The information you can see here will be :

    • MRN

    • Assign Date

    • Referred from other facility (Y/N)

    • Synced with nimbo field (if this patient comes from a Nimbo encounter, only applies if your organization uses Nimbo for consultation processes ) .

    • Creation date & Created by

    • Last update date & Updated by

Notes:

  • Patients synced with Nimbo will have the Patient in Cirrus description there :

We hope this improves your Cirrus experience. Remember to share this information and ask for help if you need it.

Date: October 31, 2022.
