Account Statement is the breakdown of all the charges added to the patient encounter but it may not show payments or tax information since its nature is exclusively informative and it can be required by both the insurer and the patient when they want to review the charges before billing extensions are processed. Nonetheless, this option can also be dowloaded after performing payments.

This option allows you to generate the report for each of the extensions but you can also generate it for the entire encounter (Multibilling).
