We have now enhanced the patient registration processes for all of the following
windows: Patient Registration, Quick Patient Registration and both patient admission formats in Medical Schedule and Operating Room Schedule. This to improve the saving of mandatory data fields and to prevent users from admitting patients without all of these fields being saved and will avoid them from coming back to save every missing data field.

Patient Registration
In Patient Registration window we have now made mandatory the Maternal last name* and Nationality fields for KSA.
Here, National ID/Iqama/Passport or Other ID numbers must now comply with the default digit numbers for ID (at least 10).
If your patient has an insurance company and if you fill insurance information fields (see below), you must fill every missing data for:
Major Company
Minor Company
Policy Type
Member ID
So if we leave any of these fields blank where the rest of these fields are filled-up, then you will be notified that you must fill it up too :
Quick Patient Registration
In Quick Patient Registration window, we performed the following changes:
Middle name should be now mandatory also in this window.*
Maternal Last Name, replacing Second Last Name, should be made now mandatory*.
ID number is now mandatory.**
Nationality is mandatory, if you do not enter nationality then Cirrus will take Saudi as their default nationality.
If patient has billing data, fill every missing field before saving (Company, Minor Company, Policy Type and Member ID).
Patient Admission Form : Medical Schedule / Specialist Schedule / Operating Room Schedule / Services Schedule
If you quickly admit any new patient from any other window, e.g. while scheduling for appointments (in Medical Schedule) or for procedures (in Operating Rooms), you can enter this patient info as well. The changes performed here are:
Maternal last name brand name replacing Second Last Name and it should be now mandatory*.
Nationality field is now mandatory.
Both Patient ID Type and ID number should now be mandatory fields.
If your patient has an insurance policy and if you fill these fields, then Company, Minor Company , Policy Type and Member ID will become mandatory (see example) :
Notes:
*Maternal Last Name and Middle Name mandatory for Quick Patient Registration can be configured in Country Region and City -> Country -> Internationalization.
** ID Number Mandatory for Quick Patient Registration can be configured in
Country Region and City -> Country -> Internationalization.
