We have made some improvements on the Note Payment Refund Receipt, that can be downloaded after performing any refund payment operation (such as credit card refund or cash refund) in Cashier Collection window :

These improvements will allow users and supervisors to see the amounts refunded according to SAR current custom and displaying also the user data about the cashier operator who performed this cash refund, giving more details about this type of operations.

The payment note can be downloaded from Print Note Payment window after entering the patient data. It will show the performed payments or refunds. See example below :
