  1. What you need to know

    • To perform any purchase movements, you must generate a document with the purchase order and assign them to a supplier. These orders can be tracked down by the involved areas of your hospital.

    • In order to give more details about each order, every Purchasing dept. team member must have their own buyer user so they can add their data to each document.

  2. Benefits

    • Improved communication between Purchasing Dept. users and other areas of your organization.

    • Purchasing documents can be tracked down by the user who created them.
