If you must deactive a cashier, go to Cashier option in User Maintenance and uncheck the Active checkbox from the search results. You can also perform this action by entering it from the search results and unchecking this same checkbox.

To delete any cashier user, just enter it from the search results, click on the delete (bin) icon and confirm.
