1. Exclude remit notes (before generating the bill)

To exclude a remit note from a global bill follow the next steps:

1. The global bill must have the status In progress.

2. Select the filter Type of detail: Remissions to display all remit notes in the global bill.

3. Open the menu and click on the option Multiple selection, so you can choose the remit note(s) to be removed.

4. Click the button "Delete lines" to remove the selected remit note(s).

1. The system will display an alert message "Do you really want to delete the line?", press on "Yes" to continue.

1. Click the Processing button to complete the global bill.

You can delete the complete record

After following the aforementioned steps

You'll have deleted the selected remit notes.

2. Cancel bill (remit notes)

1. Open the window Global bill.

2. Search for the global bill to cancel using the following filters: Document number, Area or Dates range.

3. Select the global bill you're willing to cancel, this bill must have the status Complete.

Select the global bill you want to cancel.

1. Open the menu and click on the option "Cancel bills".

1. *Select one or all the remit notes to cancel the global bill; the following filters are available: By patient, Remit note number or Dates range.

2. *Select one motive for the cancelation.

3. *Enter a comment.

4. *Save the information.

1. The system will generate a Credit note related to the canceled bill.

1. The global bill will be canceled, but will continue to be displayed in the search results, open the record inline menu to see the Credit note related.

After following the aforementioned steps

You'll have canceled the global bill.
