Now, both Operating Rooms Schedule and Procedure Schedule will include a new filter that will allow users to filter between scheduled appointments according to their status, their patient and more. This will allow you to view only those appointments that meet with your filter parameters and will enhance the navigation and use of these windows when there's multiple appointments.

Operating Rooms Schedule
In Operating Rooms Schedule, click on the filter icon (next to the view parameters) to see filters. Default will always be blank so every appointment must appear.
Now enter the filters you wish to apply :
a. Surgeon. Physician who will perform this surgery.
b. Patient and Patient Encounter. Filter appointments by patient or their encounter number.
c. Status, which could be :
Active and Non Closed
Closed
Immediate Next
Pending
Rescheduled
3. Confirm to apply.
If you wish to remove the applied filters, select Remove filter to view all or change the filters to apply new parameters :

Procedure Schedule
In Procedure Schedule you will be able to see this same filter, next to the view parameters. Click on it to view the filters (which should be blank as default).
Fill any missing parameter that you require to apply :
a. Patient name
b. Patient encounter
c. Type of Service, which could be any of the following (you can apply all, some or just one) :
First Time Appointment
Follow Up
IVF Consultation
Procedure Session
Walk-In Consultation
d. Status, which could be any of the following (you can apply all, some or just one ) :
Started
Finished
Confirmed
Pending
Rescheduled
You can remove the applied filters by clicking Remove filter or you can change some filters to replace the results shown :
