Now, both Patient List by Date and Charges Report will include more data that will allow hospital users all of the data they need about patients and encounters in as few reports as possible.

With these fields, we will be giving users more data for both patients and their charges and improve the information given for decision making. See more details below :

In Patient List By Date (and in the report generated from this window), we will now include a column called Updated By, where we will be showing the user ID for the user that last edited the patient, giving more details about patient updates :

This new field can also be viewed on the report generated. Click on the button below to see a full size example of this report.

Charges Report window will now include several new fields that will let users see more details related to charges such as policy and patient information that will prevent users from viewing several reports and windows to obtain this information while making decisions.

The added columns are :

A. National ID or equivalent.

B. Minor Company field, next to the Major Company field.

C. Member ID, right next to both Company and Minor Company fields.

D. Policy number. To give more details about patient policies.

E. Diagnosis.

F. Updated By. Which will display the user ID of the last user who performed any data updates about these charges reports.
